New Posting Schedule for Bear Security

As we approach our 10th episode of Bear Security, we’ve been looking at ways to improve it and make it better. We also want to reflect on how we contribute to the community as a whole.

One of those has to do with our posting schedule. We recognized that posting about security news you need to consider for the week ahead on a Saturday, is not exactly a good way to start your weekend, and could lead to some stressing or working to address concerns before Monday. Certainly, security is a 24×7 job, but its so easy to burn out in the industry and it’s important we take time to take care of ourselves and enjoy things outside of the industry. For people who know me, I realize I need to take that advice myself sometimes.

So, starting this week, Bear Security will now be posted every Monday at 8 am Eastern Time via blog, podcast, and YouTube.

Even though we are in the early stages of the cast, we still hope this is a positive change and encourage our audience to take care of themselves.

Thanks for continuing to support our efforts to build awareness and share knowledge. Stay safe out there friends.
