New Section – IT Guides!

As part of the continued effort to help the community, we’ve released a new section of the site called IT Guides!

The IT guides section is a place where we post documents created to help bolster your documentation efforts. We understand as fellow system administrators and cybersecurity professionals, that the time to create documentation could be limited which can impact the adoption and longevity of a deployed technology or service.

Guides will be posted as we can get around to formatting them the way we want them for posting on the site, along with a date showing the last modification. If you have a contribution, you can contact us or visit the Syntax Bearror GitHub and perform a pull request. We’ve also placed hash files to compare the download to ensure you aren’t getting a malicious version. To verify the hash, use the PowerShell Get-FileHash function, replacing FILENAME with the full path or filename you are wishing to generate a hash of:

Get-FileHash “FILENAME” -Algorithm SHA384 | Format-List

Please be respectful. These guides are free to use for non-commercial purposes. That is, you can adopt it within your organization, but cannot put it in use in a commercial product or service.

So check out the guides we posted for Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune / AutoPilot and stay tuned for more in the coming months!
